We here at H3 Tec are still awaiting our Housing Vendor to get his machine fixed. They have had a heck of a time and we've been down for 3 months awaiting our shipments. They are about back on line and we expect good progress.

Get your order in and get one of the new H3 Super Alien's... they are amazing and everyone is thinking they are about perfect..

Dears, I live in middle east, and I new about your h3, I would ask the price and some show how to use it. Also is the h3 able to find buried gold and what is the depth can h3 measure?

Our Super Alien is leaving the shop at an alarming rate... Not sure where they will be found however they seem to be global, some part of the Global H3 network... If you spot a super alien, report it!

The Super Alien just had it's first field report! It's awesome to be able to switch elements on the fly, no more lugging the computer. It is also more accurate and the dept is much easier to use, and has 100 times the accuracy. Thanks H3!

Practice, Practice

Hi, H3 users. You probably have your own system in place, but I'd like to share my easy system for practicing with my H3 BY MYSELF to keep my skills up and make sure me and the machine are up to snuff.

Get several small identical, opaque, plastic containers, preferably in a bright color. Four will do, but I found some at a dollar store at 3/$1, so I got 6. I spent half the price I would have on four individual ones, plus since they were filled with mints, they were sold as food, so no sales tax! It was a little embarrassing because they were girls' toy makeup compacts (!), but I wasn't trying to impress anyone at the store. I kept the candy (like Tic Tacs), soaked off the Hanna Montana stickers on the outside (go ahead and laugh!), and popped off the 2-1/2" mirrors on the inside, which could come in handy some day. The containers are light purple, so they're easy to find in the dirt or grass. Two bucks.

The idea is to be able to place a target without knowing where it is, so you can do a "blind" search, and no one else has to place the target for you. You put your target in one container, mark the bottom, then make sure they all weigh the same and none rattle, and you're all set.

To practice scanning, shuffle the containers and place them in a row PERPENDICULAR to your position. When you get a lock, you can walk right up to the target and check the bottom to see if it's the right one.

To practice pinpointing with the secondary scanner, shuffle the containers and place them in a row IN LINE WITH your position. Establish your lock, approach the line, see where your needles cross, and again check for accuracy.

Well a long awaited touch screen will be fired up for the first time since the factory testing. All the bugs are out of the software and it's time to proceed. I will have the first unit working by weekend and hopefully in my customers hand. As this unit has been finished we will start on the new design that will come out this time next year. It will include all these improvements and on board GPS which will be downloadable to a P.C. for map analysis.

We are happy to be training our leason with the Army. He's in town and ready to take what he's learned back to Georgia and to his old unit in South Carolina. We are happy to be helping where ever we can.
